Important:The initial call-out charge covers attendance, fault diagnosis and up to one hour on site. Where reasonably possible,
one identified fault will be rectified within the first hour. If the fault is identified and rectified in less than one hour, the
minimum first-hour call-out charge still applies. If additional faults, unrelated electrical issues or further installation
work are identified during the visit, these are not included within the initial call-out charge. A clear, transparent
quotation will always be provided before any additional work is carried out, allowing the customer to decide whether
they wish to proceed. Replacement parts, materials and remedial works are charged separately unless included
within an agreed quotation.

Important: Quoted EICR prices assume that all circuits are clearly identified and correctly labelled. Where circuit identification is
missing or inaccurate, additional time may be required to trace and identify circuits. Circuit identification is charged at
£80 for the first hour and £40 per additional 30 minutes, or by separate quotation.

Important: Consumer unit upgrade prices are based on a maximum of 12 outgoing circuits. Additional circuits may incur an
additional charge. Remedial works identified during testing, such as circuit faults, damaged accessories, inadequate
earthing or bonding and non-compliant wiring, are not included within the consumer unit replacement price and will
be quoted separately where required.
